EXPECTATIONS
For class EVERYDAY, you are expected to have:
A three ring binder/folder that will be used for Math only. You should divide your binder into three sections, one for notes (all notes will have a title and should be dated), the second for homework assignments, and the third for graded papers and bell ringers/out-door ticket.
HOMEWORK Homework is part of the learning process. All assignments are expected to be completed when you enter the classroom. Homework assignments will be based on the day’s lesson as well as previews lessons. Please date all your homework. I will check or collect homework daily. If you are having trouble, please come and see me every day after school. Do not wait!!!
At the beginning of each marking period, each student starts with a 100-homework average. For every missing homework assignment, 5 points will be deducted from the 100 points. If you do not have your homework assignment completed you are EXPECTED to come after school to complete the assignment. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. At that time, you will have the opportunity to regain 3 out of the five points.
